As an exhibitor, we encourage you to make use of a series of services that we provide for your Company to stand out and attract visitors, even before the beginning of the event.

 

Promotional material

 

Deciding your participation at the Exhibition is a good starting point. Telling the world that you will participate is essential.

 

The AOG Patagonia team offers promotional material free of charge to add it to your messages and indicate your company's booth. In addition, we offer personalized digital invitations, banners, logos and to share in social media, etc.

 

Press services

 

Please send us original material - that you consider to be attractive for the massive and/or specialized media and the audience in general - including new products, projects, investments, mergers, latest technologies, technical talks, etc. that your company carries out and/or presents this year and relating to the topic of the expo.

 

We will advertise it totally free of charge and through different channels (press releases and/or newsletters), depending on delivery times and according to their content. You must include illustrative material through images, photos and your company's logo.

 

Fill in the news file and send it to prensa@argentina.messefrankfurt.com. The sooner you send it, the more possibilities you will have to spread the news in a timely fashion. The success in terms of press news and publications will exclusively depend on the interest of the news presented and it does not respond to the specific press management carried out by us.

Academic Activities

 

When exhibiting at AOG Patagonia, you will be able to enhance the presence of your Company by participating in the Program of Academic Activities. We suggest you to give a lecture or a technical talk, launch a new product and/or service or carry out a demo. This is a unique opportunity for your message to reach the target audience directly. Prepare an engaging presentation to attract as many visitors as possible.

 

Complete the Conference Room Reservation Form (Form 11), which is included in the Exhibitor’s Manual.
